Dr. Eppard and her staff are incredible. The experience has been wonderful and everyone is so professional and helpful. There is a TEAM atmosphere in the air as everyone works together wonderfully. I had been told by another orthodontist that a desirable result in my sons case could not be achieved. Dr. Eppard was up for the challenge and she nailed it. Our family enjoys coming to Eppard Orthodontics. We have one child who wore braces for eighteen months and now has beautiful teeth. We also have two children who are currently in the process and will be complete in a few months. The staff is always friendly and there is little to no wait time once you arrive, which I greatly appreciate as a busy Mom. The “pogs” are icing on the cake!
Being an older candidate for braces, I had some fears and concerns, but Dr. Eppard and Linda, the treatment coordinator, were most patient and kind to answer all my questions. After approximately eighteen to nineteen months in limited orthodontia, I am proud to say my treatment was a success. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Eppard and her staff, beginning with the front-desk ladies, Amy, Kristi, and Virginia, who are always so pleasant. The dental techs are well-trained and were concerned for my comfort, and they always explained exactly what would be done for that appointment. I congratulate Dr. Eppard on her acquisition of the Culpeper practice. I could not have been in better hands and if anyone is considering orthodontic work, I highly recommend Eppard Orthodontics.
