We will work with your insurance carrier to obtain the maximum benefit. We offer several payment options to accommodate your personal financial situation. Our office extends a multiple family member discount to make orthodontics affordable for all families. Take advantage of our payment in full discount, our in-house interest free monthly payment plan or a no money down financing plan, made available by Care Credit. You then choose the payment option that best suits your lifestyle.

ABOUT ORTHODONTIC INSURANCE

Insurance coverage for orthodontic treatment is a fortunate and still somewhat unusual benefit. We have had many years of experience in handling orthodontic insurance coverage with our patients. There are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers, and each contract provides a different benefit. Typically there is a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. If you have orthodontic insurance, we will do our best to help you determine the coverage available to you and your family. We can determine the estimated insurance benefit based on information provided to us by the insurance carrier. The exact amount may not be determined until claims are filed. Keep in mind, we work with most insurance carriers.

The most important facet to understand regarding your insurance coverage is that we will accept assignment of your insurance benefit. Our primary financial relationship is with our patients or their families, and not with the insurance company. Therefore, the remaining portion of your fee, uncovered by your insurance benefit, will be your personal financial responsibility. Your out of pocket expense can then be set up with one of our payment options. In the event your insurance benefit cannot be assigned to our office, then the total treatment fee contract will be set up in your name. As a courtesy, we will file the standard claim for you to collect payment from your provider. We have a trained Financial Coordinator who will assist you with any insurance questions you may have.
